All Saints offers retirement benefits to all full-time staff through a 403(b) plan (think of it as a 401(k) for nonprofits) with Geneva Benefits. Here's the key info:
Matching: All Saints will match employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 3% of your pay.
Planning to contribute less than 3%? No problem — All Saints will still match whatever you contribute!
Eligibility: The first anniversary of your full-time start date.
Part-time staff and those who haven't yet reached the one-year full-time mark are invited to open a retirement account for voluntary pre-tax contributions — it's just the employer match that won't be activated until one's eligibility date.
