Printable pdf for all tax exempt purchases for the church. Be aware that some retailers require their own special tax exempt form but you should have all the info you need to fill out their form if you take this one with you!

The occupancy tax exemption form should be used when booking a hotel stay within Texas. Fill out and submit the form at least 30 days prior to your stay if possible.
